As a buyer and creator of your own photo book, you are the copyright holder of your own material. You are more than welcome to publish and sell your book.
As a customer you are solely responsible for the texts and the pictures/photos that are uploaded to Solentro. The customer ensures that he or she alone possesses copyright, right to use a trademark and all other rights to texts and photos that have been used to produce the books that the customer has ordered.
All violations to any of these rights, as well as the sanctions that may follow are solely the customer’s responsibility.
In case of claims from a third party, due to copyright and/or other rights on his behalf, the customer will not hold Solentro liable.
Finally, the customer guarantees that no texts or photos violates a law in force, in particular laws on child pornography.
Our services apply under GDPR within EU/EES. According to this we need your consent when it comes to any personal data that we collect, process, store, or use in our database. When using Solentro you automatically give your consent.
Any information given to us is handled with utter most discretion and is only used to fulfill the contractual agreement between Solentro, our partners and the customer, and for future communication and for advertising purposes. All information given to us is handled confidentially. The information is mainly given to us by the buyer, however, additional information can be drawn from public directories. Some of the information provided to us by the customer may be needed to be passed on to collaborating partners, such as printers and distributors. Obsolete information will be erased. For our service or app to work, you must accept cookies.
Users can delete their book account or app and associated information on their own, this is done from within the user's account by deleting the account and thus all information about them via MY ACCOUNT, or deleting the app itself. The user can also unsubscribe from the newsletters on their own via our newsletters.
Customer who wants information about Solentro’s gathered information can in writing, signed in one owns hand (to: Solentro AB, Anckargripsgatan 3, SE-211 19 Malmö, Sweden), receive this and have any possible falsely information corrected.

Your photo books are printed and bound individually with the most advanced environmentally friendly procedures. We utilize the highest and most up-to-date printing standards combined with the longevity of traditional bookbinding. Your books will be dispatched safely in a special book package.
If your order contains several photo books and/or a large photo book the shipping may take longer. Solentro can not be held responsible for delivery delays and negligent treatment caused by a local distributor.

Users in the United States can accept Visa Mastercard American Express Discover JCB Diners Club China UnionPay credit and debit cards. Stripe also supports a range of additional payment methods, depending on the country of your Stripe account.
By law, you have to be 18 years of age or over to purchase anything over the Internet.
Security & Confidentiality
Solentro guarantees never to hand out your personal particulars to a third party, unless special circumstances arise, i.e. if the police, a prosecutor or the like demand information.
A buyer’s right to return
When you have completed your purchase, your order can't be modified, deleted or undone. Solentro can not offer a general right to return your order (right to cancel your purchase agreement) without special reasons, because your book order is produced from your specific description. Since you are able to preview your layout, and control that the aspects of quality - like for example quality of text and photos – meet your expectations, you are responsible for the quality of the final product. An exception to this is, of course, if your book is damaged during delivery or if the product does not live up to the high standards that Solentro’s products keep. In these cases you are to contact our customer service within 14 days from receiving the book, in order to get further instructions on how to pursuit a potential return. We regret, that Solentro cannot accept returned items without an enclosed return letter (this return letter will be sent to you after you having contacted our customer service, and is needed in order for us to be able to make demands on our distributor). Possible replacement delivery will of course be distributed without any costs on your behalf. Before returning a damaged or wrongly delivered book, we must ask you to contact our customer service by email.
Solentro does not guarantee 100% color reproduction in the books you have ordered. Solentro guarantee that the books you have ordered are free from technical errors at delivery. The quality of for example your own pictures/photos depend on factors like resolution, light, professionalism and other factors that Solentro cannot affect. This makes it important for you to follow the warnings that are given when you preview your book. Solentro cannot be held responsible for pictures/photos that are not of high enough quality to be reproduced in printing.
We will try to represent your original photo in the best way possible. A screen projects light and paper reflects it. Your screen may have different settings and we can not guarantee a 100% colour reproduction and/or exact match to your screen.
Control and erasure of data
Solentro reserves the right to control data that arrive in our hands. If data that the customer have stored break any law in force, Solentro reserves the right to delete these data without prior warning. Should these data break penal law, we reserve the right to contact authorities for further consideration. Should a third party have objections of judicial nature to data stored by a customer, Solentro reserves the right to delete these data without prior warning.
If the third party’s objection turns out incorrect, no demands can be directed on Solentro for its behavior. An exception for this would be if Solentro has behaved neglectfully or deliberately deleted the customer’s data without cause.
Choice of law
Disputes concerning the above stated conditions, is to be settled according to Swedish law.
Solentro follow the recommendations from Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (www.arn.se).
